Claudia Dhludhlu is a Research Support Assistant at J-PAL Africa. Prior to joining J-PAL, she was involved in the Harambee Work Seeker Study as a Field Worker and later took part in a Firm Study as Senior Field Worker. She also has experience as a Training Facilitator and has previously worked for an NGO that promotes patriotism in South Africa.
