Lulama is a Survey Assistant working on the Land Restitution Evaluation Study (LRES) where she captures and verifies data.
Lulama’s first joined a SALDRU projects was when she worked on the National Income Dynamics Study (NIDS), where she gained experience being a mentor of fieldworkers, visiting respondents with them while collecting data in different provinces. Able to speak multiple languages, Lulama also spoke to respondents of different languages via the phone, did translations work and data capturing. Lulama has also done translation work on the NIDS-CRAM project.
