Samantha Culligan

Samantha is a Masters student on the Siyaphambili project.  Her research focuses on understanding how the post-school education system is taking shape following South Africa’s history of apartheid, examining the inequalities within and between the system and analysing what this means for the skillset of the South African labour force.  Her research interests include labour economics, spatial inequalities, and policy analysis.

She holds a B.Com in Philosophy, Politics and Economics; and a B.Com (Honours) in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
