Simone Peinke

Simone Peinke works as a Strategy and Design Specialist at the DG Murray Trust, where she leads the development of the tools for the Basic Package of Support. Previously, Simone worked as a consultant at an international social enterprise providing data management solutions to non-profit organisations. Prior to this, she assumed the role of Regional Programmes Manager for a South African education non-profit. She is completing her Masters in Inclusive Innovation at UCT’s Graduate School of Business, and is a Bertha Scholar recipient. Her Master’s dissertation examines how technological interventions focused on providing skills matching and training opportunities to young unemployed South Africans impact on young people’s sense of wellbeing and agency.
